LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -- Celebrating 30 years in business, Marshall Clements is opening the doors on our latest project; a new design resource located at the Promenade at Chenal- 17711 Chenal Parkway, Suite D101.

We have traveled the world searching in strange markets, alley ways, homes and auctions to bring to Little Rock and surrounding region special one-of-a-kind pieces that you will absolutely love! At rock paper scissors there will be many reproduced antiques, 150 year-old relics and items from China to original designs and art, found objects along with many new product lines from around the world. As with our own legacy... each piece both new and old has a story.

Open House and Preview Party will run from 3 pm - 8 pm on Friday, April 22, 2011 with libations beginning at 5 pm.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The long-awaited Apple Store, along with clothier J. Crew, should be open at The Promenade in Chenal in west Little Rock this fall.

Apple stores sell Macintosh computers, software, iPods, iPads, iPhones, third-party accessories, and other consumer electronics such as the Apple TV. Many stores feature a theater for presentations and workshops and a studio for training with Apple products. All stores offer a Genius Bar for technical support and repairs.

Going green has never been easier in Little Rock. EcoFab, a store concept by the founders of Arkansas based CynerGreen, has just opened it’s flagship store at The Promenade, Chenal, next to Bravo restaurant. The The company has plans to franchise beginning January 2011.

The debut of the flagship store, EcoFab revolutionizes the green shopping experience and is the first of its kind in the South. The 1300 square foot retail location complete with an “Organic Grounds” coffee bar, showcases information on how to live a greener lifestyle, and features a unique array of local and natural, eco-friendly products.

Crain Ford Chenal to move to new WLR location after $3 million land buy

According to THV's partner, Arkansas Business, a new home for Crain Ford Chenal in west Little Rock is in the works after a $3.2 million land purchase.

The dealership will relocate south to a 7.5-acre site near the northwest corner of Interstate 430 and Col. Glenn Road.

Crain Investments Ltd., led by Larry Crain Sr., bought the property for about $9.85 per SF. The seller is Colonel Glenn Bowman Road Development I LLC, led by Leonard Boen and Hank Kelley.

The dealership represents the first project to start construction at the Village at Brodie Creek, an 80-acre mixed-use development.

Ground breaking for the project, which should be completed in a year, is scheduled for 10 a.m. Friday. The business is among 10 dealerships in central Arkansas operated by the Crain Automotive Team.
