LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - Don’t miss the original comedy that chronicles the Fertle Family’s trouble-ridden holiday reunion in the tiny town of Dumpster, Arkansas. The Main Thing comedy trio brings the quirky family to life by portraying all the relatives and and townspeople needed to create the illusion of a bustling Christmas get-together.

Playing every Friday and Saturday at 8:00, November 23, through January 12.

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - McCain Mall is pleased to announce the return of favorite local eatery Mr. Dunderbak’s. This popular dining spot will host a Grand Opening on December 14 and 15 during regular mall hours.

During the two day celebration, guests will enjoy live German entertainment. Area-residents can look forward to the return of their favorite items including: delicious German sausage, famous port wine cheese, Champagne cheese bread pretzels, a wide variety of imported beer both bottled and draft, and many other menu delights.

Mr. Dunderbak’s was one of the first restaurants in McCain Mall when the shopping center opened in 1973. With this updated 1,772 square-foot location, Mr. Dunderbak’s will offer new additions such as a coffee bar and lounge and a vegan/vegetarian line of food selections. Mr.

Panera Bread supports 'snack pack' programs

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- Panera Bread backery cafes in north, west and central Arkansas will donate $1 for every frozen beverage purchased on Friday, Aug. 17 to several different programs focused on feeding children.

  • Bentonville and Fayetteville proceeds go to the Samaritan Community Center Snack Pack Program
  • Fort Smith proceeds go to the Community Clearinghouse
  • Conway proceeds go to the Conway Public School Foundation
  • Little Rock proceeds go to Arkansas Rice Depot
  • North Little Rock proceeds go to Central Baptist Food Pantry's NLR Public School snack pack program

Frozen beverages include frozen mocha, iced lattes, smoothies and more.

Panera Bread in Arkansas has donated over $3,500 so far this year to the snack pack programs, and continue to supply food to local pantries each week.

YaYa’s Euro Bistro to re-open July 2

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – YaYa’s Euro Bistro located at The Promenade at Chenal has announced a reopen date of Monday, July 2, just in time for Independence Day festivities. The restaurant is currently preparing a more limited menu until the roof and ventilation system is fully repaired from the fire that took place on Wednesday, June 27. The kitchen fire began mid-day Wednesday, June 27 within the cooking vent system of YaYa’s Euro Bistro. The fire was quickly contained and no smoke or water damage affected the remainder of the restaurant outside of the kitchen. Additional support from the automatic sprinkler vent system helped in containing the fire from more extensive property damage.
